I had a really encouraging first session tonight delivering my new BodyHIIT class to 9 enthusiastic and hard-working ladies and gent!
In this new project participants design their own progressive bodyweight HIIT circuit and with my advice and support their training plan will progress week by week to improve their physical fitness and meet their personal goals - in my opinion this is great value for £5/session and hopefully tonight's participants will agree!
Sessions will take place in the Sports Hall at Glenboig Primary School on an ongoing basis during term time, on Tuesday evenings from 7-8PM.
